I'm loving this new "clean" eating plan. It's fantastic!! I feel like 50% better. I hope I can stick with it. Who knew that all I needed to do was exercise portion control (pun intended :P). I can still have the things I love as long as I eat the things I should, first. Oh, and I have a new friend, My Fitness Pal. He tracks everything from water consumption to foods at restaurants. The best part is; He's free!! Today I ran/walked 5.0 miles. I'm on a jogging plan and so far it's working. I ran/walk 5.0 yesterday too. I mean now that I'm not working there is no excuse for unhealthy eating and not exercising. James did kinda look at me funny when I remeasured my portion of pasta in the measuring cup even though the box told me how much of a serving I was eating. I just wanted to make sure?!?! I'm not obsessed but my goal is to bulk up and actually have abs that are visible to others. I know it's going to be hard but I can try (and dream) right? I need to look for some trails nearby the apartment so I don't give up. It would be awesome if our apartment had it's own mini gym but all we have is a pool. Oh well, I'll make due with what I've got.
Back to making spaghetti for the fiance. Let's hope he makes it in time for dinner!
